Wonder Walls transforms hospital rooms, throws celebrations, delivers personalized gift boxes, and partners with organizations across the country to bring comfort, joy, and a sense of home to children who need it most.
Hospital Room Transformations
We work directly with children, families, and child life specialists to design and install fully customized room makeovers for long-term pediatric patients. From favorite characters to beloved color palettes, every detail is tailored to the child. All decor is hospital-safe, removable, and — most importantly — theirs to keep.
Room in a Box
Not every child is close to one of our partner hospitals — and not every hospital can accommodate an in-person room makeover. That's why we created Room in a Box: a fully themed package of bedding, wall decor, toys, and comfort items shipped directly to hospitals or homes anywhere in the United States. Same personalized magic, no geography required.
Celebrations & Parties
Some kids can't go to the party. So we bring the party to them. Wonder Walls throws fully themed celebrations inside children's hospitals — from large-scale events that fill an entire floor with joy to intimate parties tailored to one child's favorite things. We've recreated Disney for a little girl who couldn't travel. We've turned hospital hallways into circus tents. No child in our orbit goes without a reason to celebrate.
Partnerships with Ronald McDonald House and Beyond
Wonder Walls believes that transforming the hospital experience for children means showing up for the whole family — and that takes partners who share that vision. We are proud to work alongside Ronald McDonald House Charities, one of the most respected family support organizations in pediatric care. Together we decorate their family rooms on a seasonal basis, creating warm and welcoming spaces for families living far from home while their child receives treatment. We also collaborate on Summer Camp Weeks, bringing the full summer camp experience inside the hospital for children who are too sick to attend in person — decorating Ronald McDonald House rooms and family spaces to match each week's camp theme, so no child has to miss out on the magic of summer. We are always looking to grow our network of hospital and organizational partners. Holiday & Occasion Gift Baskets
No child should spend a holiday in a hospital room without something special to open. Wonder Walls delivers themed gift baskets to pediatric patients for holidays and special occasions throughout the year — from Valentine's Day to birthdays to everything in between. Small gestures that make a big difference on the days that matter most.
